A special moment - look forward to it: together with your account manager, you will receive your new Mercedes-Benz bus at the Customer Centre’s delivery centre.
You will be in good hands from your arrival in our lounge to your departure with your new vehicle. Our vehicle managers provide you with individual instructions on the vehicle and explain the most important functions. For long-lasting joy.

Monday - Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Fri. from 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
Visitors to the plant visit should register at Gate 1, suppliers delivering goods should drive to Gate 2. For technical reasons, you will find some of the information labels for the plant on the left side of the road.
On 3,800 square metres, we will provide you with individual advice on your new Setra bus.
An impressive world opens up for you at the customer centre in Neu-Ulm, which was inaugurated in 2007. Choose the equipment and look in our Individual Design Studio and receive your new flagship in person upon delivery.
