Mercedes‑Benz trio for Henshaw’s Executive Travel.
Henshaw’s chooses Mercedes‑Benz once again for its 2025 fleet operations. Enjoying a continuous year‑on‑year intake of new Mercedes‑Benz coaches in recent history, Henshaw’s, its drivers, and passengers, are all very familiar with the Tourismo product – continued positive feedback from all parties has influenced the decision to choose Mercedes‑Benz for its coach operations once more.
The three latest Tourismo coaches are all PSVAR compliant which includes an integrated wheelchair lift and tip‑up passenger seat rows. Tourismo coaches are put to use across Henshaw’s Executive Travel’s wide portfolio of travel services including, but not limited to, UK and Continental excursions, private hire tours and school transport, and with this allows Henshaw’s to experience for full range of benefits the Mercedes‑Benz coach product has to offer.
Configurations for the three new Tourismos are as follows: 55 seat without W/C on a twelve‑metre chassis and two coaches seating 57 each with centre toilet on thirteen‑metre chassis.
Safety specification is generous across the board; the three new Tourismo coaches come equipped with Active Brake Assist 6 (ABA 6), Lane Departure Warning, Sideguard Assist 2, Traffic Sign Assist, Driver Attention Assist and a Tyre Pressure Monitoring system.
In addition, the latest fleet intake specification includes exterior periphery lighting for reverse gear – combined with a reversing camera to support manoeuvres for greater safety.
The three new Mercedes‑Benz Tourismo coaches delivered to Henshaw’s Executive Travel were supplied by Mercedes‑Benz Coach Sales at Daimler Buses UK Ltd.
