Since 2018, Skills Group has enjoyed a continuous intake of brand new Mercedes‑Benz Tourismo coaches into its fleet. All four new coaches seat 61 on a 14-metre tri-axle chassis and come finished in the operator's signature livery of British Racing Green paintwork with stylistic vinyl with foil inserts. A generous shared specification between the four Mercedes‑Benz Tourismo Ls includes two 21.5” screen displays at both the front and centre, and PSVAR equipment.

In addition, each coach comes equipped with advanced onboard safety technology including Active Brake Assist 6, Sideguard Assist 2 and a rear-view camera, supported by periphery lighting for reverse gear.

Power to the coaches is supplied by the Mercedes‑Benz OM 470, 290 kW engine, mated to an 8-speed Powershift transmission.

The four new Mercedes‑Benz Tourismo L coaches delivered to Skills Group were supplied by Mercedes‑Benz Coach Sales at Daimler Buses UK Ltd.
